Signing in
Askly can offer email and password, Google, or Apple sign-in. The options shown can depend on your device and location. Use the same sign-in method you used when creating the account. Askly handles the account's location automatically and switches to the appropriate experience when needed.
- If you use more than one email address, confirm that you selected the address connected to your Askly account.
- If Askly finds no existing Google or Apple account, it may offer to create one after you accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy.
- A verification screen or consent screen is not proof that you are signed in; wait for the app to complete sign-in.
Email verification
Some actions, including voucher redemption and sensitive account operations, can require a verified email address. Enter the current verification code only in the Askly app.
If sign-in is not working
- 1Check that you are using the expected email address and sign-in method. Askly handles your location automatically.
- 2Complete any email verification or provider consent still shown in the app.
- 3Retry in a current browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
- 4If the problem continues, ask the support assistant to create a ticket and include the sign-in method, approximate time, and exact error message.
Account deletion
Askly provides an account-deletion request page. Read that page before submitting because legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, or accounting records may need to be retained for a required period even when other account data is deleted.
Still need help?
Open the Askly Support bubble and describe the problem. If the AI assistant cannot resolve it, ask it to create a Jira support ticket.
