Privacy and security when using Askly

Protect secrets, understand support limitations, and find the official privacy information.

Information you should never share

  • Your Askly, Google, Apple, email, or banking password.
  • A one-time password, complete email verification code, or authentication token.
  • A full payment-card number, CVV, banking PIN, or online-banking credentials.
  • A complete voucher code or PIN, private key, API key, or recovery code.
Askly Support does not need these secrets to create or investigate a ticket. If anyone asks for them, stop and use the official support bubble on an Askly page.

AI and uploaded content

Questions and supported uploads are processed to provide the requested AI service. Do not submit confidential information unless it is necessary, permitted, and appropriate for the task. Review generated answers before relying on or sharing them.

Support assistant limitations

The Askly Support assistant answers from approved Askly guidance and public help content. It cannot view your password, full payment credentials, private Askly conversations, or live account and payment state. When account-specific investigation is needed, ask it to create a Jira support ticket.

Official policies

The current Askly Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain data handling, service providers, payments, retention, account rights, and any applicable local terms. Use the official policy links in the Askly app or at the bottom of this help centre.

Still need help?

Open the Askly Support bubble and describe the problem. If the AI assistant cannot resolve it, ask it to create a Jira support ticket.
