Support and safety
Contact Askly Support or create a ticket
Ask the AI support assistant for help and create a Jira ticket when account-specific review is required.
Last reviewed 2 September 2026
Use the support assistant
- 1Open the Askly Support bubble on an eligible Askly or help-centre page.
- 2Describe the Askly question or problem in plain language.
- 3Follow the approved help steps offered by the assistant.
- 4If the answer does not solve the problem, or you need account-specific investigation, ask the assistant to create a support ticket.
What the assistant can do
- Explain approved Askly product, account, Balance, top-up, voucher, payment, Chat, privacy, and troubleshooting information.
- Use this public help centre as its knowledge source after the website connector is enabled.
- Offer a Jira support request when it cannot answer or when you request a ticket.
What the assistant cannot do
- It cannot access or change your password, payment credentials, Balance, account, private conversations, or live transaction status.
- It cannot confirm a payment from a screenshot or browser return page.
- It does not provide human live chat. A created support ticket can be reviewed separately by the Askly support team.
Details to include in a ticket
- The email address associated with your Askly account.
- A clear description, approximate date and time, page, device, browser, and exact error message.
- For payments: the safe transaction reference, amount, currency, payment method, and status shown in Askly.
- A redacted screenshot if useful. Never include passwords, OTPs, full card details, CVVs, voucher codes, API keys, or unrelated personal data.
If the support widget is unavailable, email support@askly.site with the same safe information.
Still need help?
Open the Askly Support bubble and describe the problem. If the AI assistant cannot resolve it, ask it to create a Jira support ticket.
