What Askly Balance is
Askly Balance is a closed-loop, local-currency balance used for eligible AI services inside Askly. The balance does not expire. It is not a bank account and is not represented as cash that can be withdrawn or transferred outside the supported service.
How charges work
- A paid deduction is made only after the AI service completes successfully.
- The app shows the exact completed charge after the response.
- A failed guest question should not consume the free question; follow the retry message shown by the app.
- Opening the Askly Support assistant, asking a support question, or creating a support ticket does not use Askly Balance.
If your Balance looks wrong
- 1Confirm that you signed into the expected account.
- 2Open Balance or transaction history and refresh the latest entries.
- 3For a recent payment, wait for the payment status to be confirmed; returning from a payment page alone does not mean it completed.
- 4If the amount still appears wrong, create a support ticket with the transaction reference, date, amount, currency, and a screenshot with sensitive details hidden.
Still need help?
Open the Askly Support bubble and describe the problem. If the AI assistant cannot resolve it, ask it to create a Jira support ticket.
