Buying a voucher
Voucher purchase can be available without signing in. Choose an amount and an eligible payment method, enter the recipient email address carefully, and complete payment. Askly issues and emails the voucher only after the backend confirms settlement. The purchase page does not display the voucher code.
Completed voucher purchases are generally final for a change of mind, subject to applicable law and service-failure rights. Review the current Terms before paying.
Redeeming a voucher
- 1Sign in to the Askly account that should receive the value.
- 2Open Vouchers and choose Redeem, or follow the official Askly redemption link.
- 3Enter the voucher code exactly as received.
- 4If email verification is required, complete it inside the redemption flow; Askly then retries the same voucher safely.
- 5Wait for the app to confirm that the value was applied.
Voucher safety
- Treat a voucher code like money and do not post it publicly.
- Askly Support will not ask for the complete voucher PIN or code in chat.
- For help, provide the purchaser or recipient email, amount, currency, approximate date, and payment reference, with sensitive details hidden.
