What Askly is

Askly brings AI tools and account features together in one app.

You can use Askly to ask AI questions, write and study, work with supported files, and pay only for completed paid AI services using a local-currency Askly Balance.

Askly handles your location automatically

Askly uses your location to show the appropriate experience, currency, and payment options. You do not need to choose a country or version of Askly yourself.

If you sign in to an account created elsewhere, Askly automatically switches to the experience associated with that account.

Simply open Askly and sign in with the account and sign-in method you normally use.

Try Askly

  1. 1Open Askly Chat.
  2. 2If a free Quick question is available, the app shows the current allowance before enabling the composer.
  3. 3Enter a question and use the visible Send button. On desktop, Enter also sends and Shift+Enter adds a new line.
  4. 4Create an account when you want to keep signed-in conversations, add Balance, buy or redeem vouchers, or use account features.

Askly Chat and Askly Support are different

Askly Chat is the paid or free-question AI product. Askly Support is the separate support assistant opened from the support bubble. Opening support, asking a support question, or creating a Jira support ticket does not use a free question or deduct Askly Balance.

Still need help?

Open the Askly Support bubble and describe the problem. If the AI assistant cannot resolve it, ask it to create a Jira support ticket.
